Donut Bouquet Canberra: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) - Delivery, Customization, and More

1. Allergen Info
Contains: Gluten, Milk, Soybean and Nuts (Bueno and Snickers donuts).
May be present: Egg, Nuts.
Our donut bouquets are not vegan friendly.
We don't have Halal Certificate.

Donut Bouquet Canberra cannot guarantee that all food items were processed in a location without nuts and other food allergens.

2. What is in the Gift Box?
Gift Box includes donuts, chocolates, lollies in a bouquet shaped decoration. (there is hygenic baking paper underneath the donuts) As well as a personal note card, add-ons if any added and a clear lid.

The large size donut bouquets have 12 donuts, the medium size donut bouquets have 8 donuts.

3. Can I Add a Personalised Note?
Yes of course! Please choose your donut bouquet and scroll down, you can type your note in the note section (max 40 words)

4. Can I Choose a Delivery or Pick-up Date?
YES! Please don’t forget to choose a delivery date from the calendar. We are delivering donut boxes 7 days-a-week across ACT. Including public holidays.

If you can’t choose any particular date, it means we are sold out or not open that day. Please contact us.

5. Delivery & Pick-up Info

We are delivering the gift boxes between 9 am and 6 pm.

We do our best to fulfill specific timing requests, however it is not always the case. If you’d like to order it for specific timing, please contact us on 0434474924 days in advance for us to organise our schedule. 

We deliver the gift hampers across ACT and surrounding NSW suburbs. If the system says we cannot deliver to your address please contact us, we’ll look into it.

Please make sure to enter the correct delivery address. If it is provided incorrect, Donut Bouquet Canberra does not accept responsibility.


Please contact us once you placed your order for delivery. We'll organise the best time suits you to pick it up. Pick up is from Gungahlin, ACT.

6. Do you leave the box if they are not home?
If the recipient isn’t home, we contact the recipient on the provided phone number. If the number doesn’t answer, we look for a safe place near the door. If the entrance is away from direct sunlight, away from any unleashed pet and crowd we place the gift box in a safe area and send a proof of photo to the provided phone number.

Please note that if it is an apartment building or unsafe, we take the gift box back to our address and contact you to organise PICKUP from Gungahlin.

If you don’t want the gift box to be left at the door, please let us know on the DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS. In this case we will take it back to our address and organise pick up or redelivery (fees may apply), depending on availability.

7. Do You Add the Tax Invoice / Receipt to the Gift Box?
Absolutely not!

The tax invoice/receipt are emailed to the sender’s email address or phone number along with a confirmation email - they are not delivered with gifts.

We use the recipient’s contact number ONLY if they don’t answer the door during delivery. Don’t worry we never ruin your surprise 😊

8. Can I Organise a Catering Order for an Event?
Yes, we’d love to be with you in your events, send us an email to discuss it further.

9. Cancellation, Date & Address Amendments
You can cancel your order 2 business days prior to the delivery day before 12pm.

If you need to amend the delivery address, please contact us ASAP.
